  • Extensive project management experience, at Swindon Academy, this was the 1st all through academy in the country with a £34m budget to merge 3 schools and sites into one, oversaw the project, and emerging staff restructures

My career has been focussed on making the most of the resources available in schools, maximising benefits to support all children, seeing the benefits and children thrive is the greatest reward.
