Paula Holbrook
CAREER OVERVIEW
Paula has twenty years' experience leading organisations as a director and chief officer of finance and operations in both the public and private sectors. She has supported organisations as a high growth coach and finance specialist. She is a lecturer in leadership practice and a consultant. She has achieved a PhD, MBA and Chartered FCIPD.
Out of work, Paula and Search Dog Amber work together as a mountain rescue search dog team. She is also a search manager and trustee of Mountain Rescue England and Wales.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Paula is a trustee and Chair of Audit and Risk of a successful multi-academy trust. She was a researcher and contributor to a report on operational excellence, published by ISBL. She is an accredited school resource management advisor (SRMA) and is accredited to deliver sessions provided through the DfE local support offer.
